Forays for 2014

The QMS Christmas party! It’s a time to celebrate the end of another year of fabulous fungi. Bring a plate of your favourite Christmas goodies to share and, if you wish, wear festive attire!

Mt Cordeaux and Mt Mitchell straddle Cunningham’s Gap and are part of the Gondwana Rainforests of the Australian World Heritage Area. Members will remember previous forays held at this venue. There has been rain and lots of fungi are coming up at Bellthorpe, so do come along and help us record them. We will spend the morning in the field starting at 9. Bring a picnic lunch, we will discuss what we have found over lunch…
