There will be reports on the following forays: Chermside Hills (26th January) Baroon Pocket Dam, Montville (18th February) Ben Bennett Park, Caloundra (18th March) Members are also asked to bring something of interest, for example specimens, a book, or to speak briefly about such things as an interesting web site or a favourite species, etc..
Workshops for 2016
Two workshops will be held later in the year (August and October), during the "off peak" period for fungi. Suggestions for workshop topics are welcome! Email your suggestions to: info [at] qldfungi.org.au
31st October – Shoebox Workshop
You are invited to attend a “Shoebox Workshop” to be held at the Pooh Corner Environment Centre, Sumner, from 9-30 to 2pm. Bring along those fungi that you have collected and described but have not got anywhere with identification because you do not have access to a microscope. The workshop will concentrate on microscope work…
