We have been fortunate here at Dilkusha (Maleny, Sunshine Coast) to have had enough showers in the last few weeks to keep things growing and to have a number of fungi pop up.

So I would like to invite you to come here on the Saturday morning (Sat. 29th March) for a morning foray on Dilkusha, from 9am to noon, then lunch and looking at specimens on the deck.

Sturdy shoes, leech protection, hats, water and lunches are needed. We can provide hot water for tea or coffee. Tea and coffee provided from the foray box!

The 28-30th March Weekend foray to Ravensbourne has been cancelled due to the exceptionally dry weather and the resulting lack of fungal growth.

Ravensbourne National Park is situated on a spur of the Great Dividing Range between Toowoomba and Esk.

The park contains remnants of rainforest and wet eucalypt forest along the slopes of the Great Dividing Range, with areas of dry eucalypt forest along the ridges.

Places are limited for this weekend foray, so make sure you book early!
