Situated on the north side of Brisbane, Murrumba Downs promises to be an interesting site with a variety of habitats, ranging from dry Eucalypt forest to pockets of rainforest and mangroves.

She will discuss the varying approaches to fungal edibility by mycological societies from around the world, in order to trigger thought and debate about the goals and parameters of QMS. An informal meeting, with a brief workshop report followed by a session where members are asked to bring something of interest, for example a book, or to speak briefly about such things as an interesting web site or a favourite species, etc..
